Construction
cleanup
For builders, contractors and homeowners after a renovation: dust, debris, stickers and paint specks, cleaned before handover.
Last trade on site

A handover is judged on the window tracks and the grout haze. We clean in passes, rough to final, and walk the space with you before calling it done.

Common questions
When should we book the clean?
After the trades finish and before final inspection or move-in. Book a rough clean mid-project if the site needs it.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove dust, offcuts and small debris. Bin-sized waste and dump runs are quoted separately.
Do you use HEPA vacuums?
Yes, for drywall dust, which ordinary vacuums blow back into the air.
Can you work to a builder's deadline?
Yes. Tell us the handover date and we schedule crews to meet it, with a person on the phone 24/7.
